Tri-City Maundy Thursday Service
Share in a Tri-City Methodist Maundy Thursday Worship Service that features twelve moving monologues that help draw us into the events of Holy Week and the evening of Jesus’ Last Supper with the Disciples. This shared worship service also celebrates communion and will be held at Batavia UMC at 7pm on Thursday, April 6, 2023. Batavia UMC is located at 8 N Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL and parking is located in the public lots and marked streets surrounding the church.

Our 7:30pm Good Friday Service calls us to remember the passion of Jesus Christ through dramatic readings of gospel accounts of Good Friday. This solemn service features: singing, prayer, choir and candlelight in addition to the readings.
Easter Service, Sunday, April 9 at 9am
Our 9am Easter Worship celebrates Jesus’ resurrection from the grave, triumph over sin and death and serves as the capstone to our Lenten Worship Series Were You There? Our bright music and beautiful sanctuary will surrounds Pastor Rob’s Hamilton’s message We Are There as we go to the garden with Mary, the other women, and the disciples to experience Easter morning afresh for our lives today!

Road to Easter Family Fun on Friday, April 7 from 10:30am-Noon. Join the Children & Family Ministry for this hands-on Easter event. Families will travel the Road to Easter together, and learn about Holy Week as they go room to room. Along the way, we will gather the ingredients for a tasty treat.
